[mirror-admin] EPEL content moving around ?

[HEAnet Mirror Admin]

Hi,

We've noticed a large amount of churn in the EPEL directory over the
last day or so, for example 

 fedora/epel/5/i386/
 fedora/epel/4/i386/

are being populated with quite a number of RPMs. 

Is this expected?
