[mirror-admin] Missing mirror[12].atrpms.net in metalink

Hi,

the two mirrors mirror[12].atrpms.net are listed in mirrormanager as
"up-to-date" and report_mirror is also successfully called, still both
mirrors are missing in the list.

Actually I noticed that I had accidentially forbidden non-campus
access to the /12/ folders, so this could explain that it needs time
to check that these are accessible from the outside, but it also fails
for F11 and F10.
