[mirror-admin] several rsyncs, and its effects on report_mirror

I was reading http://sun3.org/archives/280   and that sounds like just 
the ticket for me to download more at once..
That is, starting several rsync processes at the same time, for example 
one or more for "updates" , one or more for "releases", etc. However I 
am not sure what would happen to report_mirror if several rsync's are 
running. I understand that report_mirror uses the log file that rsync 
creates.

Would report_mirror report erroneous data to fedora, that is, would it 
report only a subset of the folders that are transferred?
