Sadly I don't, I was the one that created them.  Jigdo was just slapped
on at some users' request, but the tooling for it is /terrible/, and I'd
rather we just didn't do it anymore.  There was a set of people working
on better tooling but that effort seems to have died out, or is going
very slowly.

I personally have very shallow knowledge of jigdo, which doesn't help in
debugging this issue you're seeing.
