[mirror-admin] A question about timestamp issues.

Then why exactly we should be cautious about preserving timestamps
while syncing? Or we need not be bothered about it (other than the
above minor issue)?

But let me clarify at the same time, I am not having any problem, I am
just trying to know the cause/effect relation.
