Well,
       I do not think that they will be indentical. in the conf file

server=https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mirrormanager/xmlrpc

must be replaced by corresponding RPMFusion URL. Besides, the sections
like [Fedora Linux] [Fedora EPEL] does not make sense for RPMFusion. May
be similar section like [RPMFUSION Free Fedora] or something like that.

rpmfusion.org/Mirrors points to Fedora mirror setup saying that it is
more or less identical. I got in touch with Adrian and he said that
other mirror maintainers are using it so I mailed in a hope that someone
might be having corresponding scripts for RPMFusion.

Well, IIT Kanpur is already an official mirror in India for Fedora. We
are trying to get registered for RPMFusion too.
