Rawhide does tend to vary from time to time. This week deltarpms were
introduced, and that is proving to take longer than previously thought
during rawhide generation. Other times, rawhide will fail to compose
for one reason or another, and it is fixed and pushed out later.

The start time for rawhide compose and push is consistent, it's the
end time that is causing things to fluctuate. Hopefully as we get a
handle on some of the new changes we'll start seeing more consistent
times.
