ftp.upjs.sk si using this one to mirror updates, but it looks like this
mirror does not use --delay-updates parameter and when updating from this,
it will break functionality of my mirror. My mirror has often new repodata
files, but no packages.

Is here it's admin to fix this problem? I have very good connection to this
mirror, so it's preffered.
