[mirror-admin] Mirror list shrinking fast?

I'm trying to get a new version of MM pushed out today that changes how the mirrorlist is calculated a little. It appears I was a little overzealous. Working on it...

Errr I know I'm up to date... I have had a few, though sporadic, 
instances where mirrormanager didn't connect (same old proxy 502 error) 
I would say something wonky is going on here.
