[mirror-admin] Mirror list shrinking fast?

I noticed that my mirror was not in the lists for anything I carry
(Fedora 9 & 10 and updates, rawhide, EPEL).  I then checked the
mirrorlist for F10/i386, and it is down to 7 servers, none of which are
the "big guys" I usually see (sites like mirrors.kernel.org).

Is there a problem with the mirror manager system that is throwing
everybody out?
