Tough... It'll take between 10-15 days to get this. I'll try to speed
things up by launching several parallel rsyncs. It'd be convenient if
all tier 1 mirrors allowed access to all the others.

If rpms weren't signed individually all this wouldn't be necessary. It
doesn't add extra security because it's enough to have checksums for
the packages in a separate signed file.
