If somebody excluded some arch, it's required to reexclude also *.newkey
directories. For example my exclude of ppc looks like this:

**/ppc/
**/ppc64/

and these need to be added to exclude ppc packages:

**/ppc.newkey/
**/ppc64.newkey/
