[mirror-admin] What am I doing wrong?

I can increase the frequency, as it seems every 12 hours, especially
given that pushes are going out between 4-5 am eastern is causing
issues.  My current sched is:

23 */12 * * * fedora /etc/mirror/fedora/fedora

that means that the 4-5am eastern pushes are not picked up at Duke until
12:23pm.  This is 23 minutes after Harvey Mudd's sync starts.

I've now changed to every 6 hours as such:

23 */6 * * * fedora /etc/mirror/fedora/fedora
