[mirror-admin] What am I doing wrong?

My mirror at fedora.uib.no (http and ftp) has been up and running for three
or four weeks now. Rsync of fedora-enchilada from Chemnitz and execution of
mirror_manager seems to run perfectly well:
Category Fedora Web directories updated: 14 added: 0 deleted 0
Category Fedora Linux directories updated: 692 added: 0 deleted 0
Category Fedora EPEL directories updated: 0 added: 0 deleted 0
Category Fedora Extras directories updated: 87 added: 0 deleted 0
Category Fedora Core directories updated: 10 added: 0 deleted 0
checked in successful
The Mirrormanager web interface reports that the site is regularly crawled.
The site is listed on
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mirrormanager/publiclist/ but without URLs.
Not that I've given the URLs anywhere, but since I haven't been able to find
anywhere to do so I've assumed mirror_manager takes care of that
automagically. The server also never appears on
http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist? calls, presumably for the same
reason that the publiclist lacks URLs for it.
So, how do I get it listed and active?
