[mirror-admin] Mirror list server hosed?

Well, it is partially there.  I don't get an error now, and I get a list
of servers, but I'm only getting my server in the list (and "Using
preferred netblock" in the comment) for fedora-9 (all three arches).

The URL I'm checking is:

    http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist?repo=$repo&arch=$arch

for arch={i386,x86_64,ppc} and repo=

    epel-4
    epel-5
    fedora-7
    fedora-8
    fedora-9
