[mirror-admin] Mirror list server hosed?

Yes, there's something wrong; it affects some, but not all, preferred
netblocks. I've been hunting for > 2 hours, still looking...

Okay, so this only appears to be happening when I make mirrorlist
requests from my IP block. Maybe something has gone wrong with the
preferred netblock selection?
