My mirror (ftp.uci.edu) has been pretty busy since about 8am yesterday.  It's 
been so busy that it hasn't been able to finish an rsync with our T1 mirror 
since then, mostly due to waiting for disk i/o to complete.  I may have to 
drop the number of clients allowed down some to get an rsync done...
