[mirror-admin] F9 i386 no diskboot.img

Efiboot probably works on i386 EFI systems, such as some Macs and a few
HP boxes sold in China...

The README in F9 i386/os/images still mentions diskboot.img, but it's
not present.  Instead, efiboot.img is present.  Any ideas if it's just
the README that needs to be updated or if efiboot.img was dropped into
the wrong architecture directory?
