[mirror-admin] F9: Missing a .treeinfo inside Everything-dirs?

Hi,

could it be we are missing a .treeinfo inside the dirs below Everything? 
It's in Fedora/-dirs. Previous releases also had it for Everything/. 
Just noticed, since I tried the new "preupgrade"-script, pointed it to 
the Everything-tree (by hand) ... and it didn't find the .treeinfo.
