[mirror-admin] F9 updates?

I run a mirror from

rsync://download2.fedora.redhat.com/fedora-enchilada

I've received all of F9, but I don't have a 9 directory
in /fedora/linux/updates. This folder only contains
7 8 and testing.

I can see that the 9 folder is present on other mirrors.

It just contains repodata information, no updates,
but without this "yum update" will complain.

What have I done wrong?
