yes, just caught this; in fact they were 555 for a bit overnight, so
people have been downloading directly from d.f.r.c (with thanks to a
planet.fp.o blog post....)

I set it back to 750, so mirrors can get the content without erasing
it once again;  if the content continues to churn (e.g. Live/ wasn't
quite populated 7 hours ago) so be it, at least mirrors won't erase
and re-download.
