[mirror-admin] New Private Mirror

Hello,
I've set up a private mirror with report_mirror successfully logging the
directories I'm carrying.  The site is listed here:

https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mirrormanager/site/299

How long should it be before the mirrorlist CGI returns my private
mirror?  Do you see anything missing in my configuration that would
cause it to fail?
