[mirror-admin] is there a checksum list?

Assuming your mirror is running Linux (or another platform where rpm
builds), you can use rpm to validate all the .rpm files.  There are
SHA1SUM files for the ISOs.  AFAIK there is nothing for the remaining
files (but you could just re-run rsync).
