[mirror-admin] Mirror comes and goes on the mirrorlist

Yeah, I run report_mirror after rsync runs.

Hmm, I don't know of any reason why the crawler wouldn't have been able
to get to me, except for a ~5 minute window Saturday afternoon (the
forwarding engine in the router restarted - d'oh!), but my mirror
dropped from the mirrorlists last night and this morning.
