[mirror-admin] Number of Netblocks in Mirrormanager

It should have complained that you can't add a /15 (a v4 /16 is the
largest I let users add).  This prevents users from claiming whole huge
swaths of the internet incorrectly.

Can you provide some proof that you own the /15?  If so, then I can add
the entry for you.

Quick question about mirror manager. I have 11 netblocks listed as
site-local and am trying to add a 12th (72.38.0.0/15) however it's not
showing up in the list and I'm not receiving an error.

Is there a finite limit to the number of netblocks one can add? I looked
around and didn't see anything written about a limitation.
