You cannot assume that all 110 mirrors are syncing from download*.f.r.c
directly, some may just sync from other tier0 - tier1 sites, that then
do it directly from download*.f.r.c - as noted below, and this is what
I also do.
Maybe download*.f.r.c does have the capacity to have all mirrors
sync directly from them, that would IMHO be a Good Thing(TM).
