[mirror-admin] Fedora 10 Alpha coming in a couple hours

I just flipped the big again for 755 permissions, world accessible.  I
flipped it a bit early so that all our top mirrors can pick up the
change and filter them down through the rest of the mirrors so that at
1400 we'll have many mirrors open.
