[mirror-admin] Fedora 10 Alpha coming in a couple hours

A bunch of tier-1 mirrors still don't have much of anything from 10- 
Alpha.

We're synced (as far as I can tell); if you're connected to Internet2  
or a peer and you're in MirrorManager, you can use rsync:// 
mirror.umoss.org/fedora-private/linux/releases/test/10-Alpha/ . It  
has everything but the sources
