[mirror-admin] [suse-mirror] New rsync module for mirrors with limited disk space

Hi,

I have added a new rsync module. It contains the "Best Of", openSUSE, so
to speak. I did (simple apachetop) analysis on which files are requested
most frequently and use most bandwidth), and came up with a selection
that fits in a 80 GB frame.

The selection includes

- the update tree
- the most public parts of /repositories
- the 10.3 repo (no iso images)
- no debuginfos, no sources, no ppc architecture

This is the most suitable module for mirrors with limited disk space.
It will still attract lots of traffic, since the majority of the
requests goes on these files.

Obviously, the selection must be continuously adapted to work in the
future.

My dream is to automate this :-)
Think ad-hoc rsync modules...

Anyway, I plan further modules. Especially combinations of those "big"
modules that are used now (like opensuse-full).

Comments welcome!

Peter
