[mirror-admin] MirrorManager Netblock lists

Hello Matt et al,

Is there any way you could sort by IP address the Site-local Netblocks
in MirrorManager?

I have 6 netblocks defined at the moment (with more to come) and it
appears they are unsorted.  Since I may end up with tens of netblocks,
it would be easier to manager were they sorted by IP address.
