[mirror-admin] Seed Torrent for Release?

Hello,

Is there a document showing the proper way to seed Fedora when a release
takes place?  I'd like to seed in such a way that anyone requesting the
torrent from my workplace gets seeded by my internal mirror if such a
thing is possible.  Are they any best practices documented for Fedora
release days and torrent seeding?
