It's also said that tier-[01] mirrors should follow the masters'
directory structure, and they should mirror fedora-enchilada. So just
rsync fedora-enchilada, which will include everything.

I agree that the useless stuff should be removed, but it must be done
at the masters. Tier-[01] mirrors don't chose.

A lot has been removed on Friday 4: 65275 files. I have a feeling that
probably more could be cleaned up though :-)
