I noticed download2 was out-of-date compared with the master content
in NFS on the Phoenix netapp.  I presume the snapmirror will correct
itself over several hours.

With download1 offline, and those mirrors using it being directed to
download3 (in Phoenix), we may well be overloading the network
capacity in Phoenix, such that the content can't sync out, either to
the other netapps, or to our mirrors.  Getting download1 back online
is my top priority, and it has been escalated within Red Hat.
