Interestingly, the Seagate wins on every metric shown on this site <br>
(where it isn't a tie) except one category: number of on-board <br>
controllers (WD has 9, Seagate has 8), which gave WD a win as this in <br>
theory makes the WD faster.<br>

Yet the actual read / write speeds have Seagate winning every category, <br>
and twice the TBW durability specs.<br>
