[ale] Audio from different apps to different destinations

For KDE, there's a widget on the "panel" for audio.
Scrolling on it raises / lowers volume.
Left-clicking gives a 2 panel pop-out with Applications and Devices.
Beside the Application -> Firefox entry for, say, YouTube, I click the
hamburger menu and all output devices are listed and I can select
Bluetooth speaker or headphones for *that instance* of Firefox.
I can adjust the output for each device separately too on the Devices panel.
It's really handy and powerful.
It's also the only desktop I've used in ages, so YMMV.
