[ale] COMCAST NOW vs COMCAST Business

Friends:

I recently (week ago) moved to COMCAST NOW.  I used to be on the regular
internet of COMCAST but this NOW is becoming painful.  Constant internet
drops, suddenly speed goes down etc.,

Anyone has the NOW setup at their house and how have they solved this issue
?

My setup is the following.

Is it best if I upgrade to COMAST BUSINESS ?

What does COMCAST BUSINESS offer that NOW cannot ? (other than stability)
