[ale] (OT) Artemis launch watch

My wife and I moved down here in March '20, as COVID-19 shut everything
down, and I'd gotten laid off in October '19. I was back up in Atlanta for
most of the May '20 getting the house ready for sale and then again in Feb
'21 to get our taxes done. Our new house is currently being built, and we
hope to move in around March '23, but we've been renting a house for now.
