[ale] Document Scanner Recommendations

Recently inherited my mom's Canon ImageClass MF4890DW.  It's a
laserprinter, scanner, fax combo machine. Haven't tried the fax stuff.  The
printer works out of the box over my home network with CUPS 2.2.10.  XSANE
sees the scanner over the network but only about half works.  The desultory
web searches I've done list internet scanner support on this model as
'buggy'.  Some day soon I'll buy a 6 foot USB B cable and try the scanner
from it -- that support is supposed to be Solid.
