[ale] IP over USB

I'm playing with small system. You can think of it as SoC with LCD and
keyboard. So is not much more powerful than average router off the shelf.
I'm trying openwrt build for it. The image is bare with only communicating
interface usb0 with IP assigned to it.

Have anyone used the IP over USB thingy. How you physically connect two
machines. The only case I can think is phone to computer. But how you would
connect two computers.
