[ale] Multiple different audio output streams

I actually bought recently from Facebook market place external recording
USB device from TASCAM for only $20. These DAC are really good. Antixlinux
recognize it immediately.  Another distribution wanted from me to
blacklist  one of the USB drivers to get it working properly.
