[ale] Multiple different audio output streams

Hello all,

I'm looking for a solution that will allow me to run 2copies of an audio
program and route the output for each to specific output devices.  I've
Googled a bit and seen paprefs and pavucontrol mentioned, but not
necessarily in the way that I need.

Also - any suggestions for a Linux-friendly USB audio output device?
