[ale] End of year digital clean up?

I sort mail into topics, and the unsorted mail gets a little clean up
and then put into "2020".
Projects I no longer participate in go to an archive mail folder.
I rebuild the OS now and again, and just move in stuff i'm working on
into my home directory.

All this is manual, which should be remedied.
