[ale] Need an Ethernet cutoff relay

Dumb burglars have files suit for injuries sustained in an unsuccessful robbery.

One from ages ago involved the classic step on a rake, idiot the fell dropping the tv, the glass flying about cost an eye. He sued because the rake was a menace outside the house. I seem to recall he won but the liability was limited to the bandaid on his head from the rake impact.
