[ale] Need a better Linux distro

Nux is bad, m'kay!?! Nux overwrites system packages. They used to not do that but selinux on centos is not as desktop workstation complete as Fedora. I won't use them any more. I go through the fedora and centos koji servers and pull in stuff from Fedora and build my own. Centos8 didn't run dia. It took half a day of pulling fedora src.rpms into rpmbuild before I got all the dependencies. Lots of libs no longer in centos. Dia needs some upgrades to support scaling of its icons, too.
