[ale] Acquiring a registered but unused domain name?

The whois shows it's a Tucows domain, and when you use Tucows' domain
search, it's shown to be private registrant. So you need to contact
Tucows. I couldn't immediately see a way to do that.

If nothing else, you could snailmail Tucows at the registrant address
(96 Mowat Ave, etc), which GoogleMaps shows to be a Tucows office.
