Yeah I was going to say, their service is fine and good, but should you ever have issues, or lose the promotional price after a year and want to extend it, you will get routed to the most powerless and uninformed people there are. 

Put it this way: there's a reason they had to change names from Comcast to Xfinity, and that there's no trace of the Comcast name on their marketing materials anymore. That puts them in the ranks of Altria's rename and Bayer's purchase of Monsanto...
