Disconnect google from any other account logins. Cleanout and close your
google accounts. They won't actually delete the data, but at least it
will not be public - to you or anyone else.

Don't use Chrome or Chromium. Both have the ability to store passwords
inside google's infra. May want to check out Brave instead - or dillo.

About once every year, google sends a scary email because I don't use
their web interface to access my fun/research gmail accounts. I use IMAPS
with a very long password that I don't know.  Google will claim this
isn't secure. They are right. No 2FA with IMAPS logins.
