[ale] OT: Blocking Android app access over wifi

I'm looking to use a travel router (specifically the GL.iNet
GL-AR750S-Ext Gigabit Travel AC Router) for several upcoming trips. This
should give me the option to share a single data package with my devices
as well as use my VPN. It features QoS and I'll be able to toggle what
devices can use it through the GUI.

It's not the suggestion you were looking for, but I thought I'd mention
it anyway.
