[ale] SW root for Amazon Fire 8HD gen-7 possible

Stolen from pi-hole project information.  It is worth manually updating
from time to time.

Only needed on portable devices, IMHO. This assumes you have a local DNS
with blocking enabled ... er ... like a pi-hole.
