[ale] [OT] Refurbished cell phones site?

A year or so ago, in a discussion about alternate cell phone operating systems, several people mentioned a site that had an impressive selection of reasonably inexpensive refurbished Android phones.  I can't seem to find that in my inbox, or to find the site again.  
I was wondering if anyone recalls the site?  If not, does anyone have recommendations for a (reputable) place to order them?
